1. There was no water, and the service staff did not explain or deal with it. There was no water on the first night we arrived. We came back from playing in the water and wanted to take a shower at around 8 o'clock, but there was not a drop of water! ! ! When I asked the lady at the counter, she just said that it would be like this here and that water would be available in an hour. She acted as if it was natural and we had to figure it out ourselves. I had to change my clothes first, go out to eat on the street with my hair full of sea water, and when I came back from shopping at 11 o'clock, there was still not a drop of water! ! ! After asking the gentleman on duty at night to respond, he first went to the water tower to boil water. Later they apologized to us and asked us to use another room with water. (So ​​there is no water at all, they just don’t want to give it to us!) It's already past one o'clock after taking turns to take a shower, and I still have a schedule to go out at six o'clock the next day, which is really not recommended! 2. Poor drainage, water will overflow in the bathroom. The voltage is unstable and the power trips frequently. 3. Each room has a transparent sliding door, so mosquitoes can easily get in. If the curtains are not closed, people outside can see inside. 4. Wi-Fi depends on your mood. When I checked that there was no internet connection, I was told that it would be available at 01:00am, but I didn’t deal with it at all. Of course, there was still no internet connection until 11:00 the next day. We can accept that the water pressure on the island is unstable, but we cannot accept that there is not a drop of water, and the guests only respond with a procrastinating and bluffing attitude. The other employees were not that bad, but the lady at the counter and bar was really perfunctory.
